Overview
At Kali, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account and associated information, you can do so directly within the app.
🔐 Steps for Installed Users
If you have the Kali app installed on your device:
Open the Kali app.
Go to Account → Profile Settings.
Tap on Delete Account.
Confirm your choice when prompted.
Note: Once confirmed, your account and all related data (including tournaments, teams, and player information created by you) will be permanently deleted from our servers.
📧 For Users Without App Access
If you no longer have the app installed or cannot log in:
Send an email to support@kaliapp.co
Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
Include your registered email address or username in the message.
We will verify your identity and process the deletion request within 7 business days.
⚠️ Important Notes
Deletion is permanent — your data cannot be recovered once the process is complete.
Any content you've shared (such as match stats or tournament results) will also be removed or anonymized.
If you've signed up via a third-party service (e.g., Google, Apple), deleting your Kali account will not affect your third-party account.
